Terms of Service
To use our services, please confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms:
1. You warrant that you own the files you upload and send to us.
2. You authorize us to perform password recovery, unlocking and other operations on the files you upload and send.
3. The privacy of the files you upload and send is protected by us. No one can download your files, including yourself.
4. The results of our services for you are protected by the decryption master.
5. When the service is completed, you authorize us to send you an email notification.
6. When the service is completed, please check the result immediately and delete the file. If the file remains for more than 30 days, we will delete the result. Under the pay-on-success billing method, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account balance and will not be refunded to the payment account. Because of encryption strength limitations, it is impossible to unlock every file.
Prohibited Acts
1. Uploading files that contain state secrets, trade secrets or the private information of others.
2. Using this service to process files that you do not own or for which you have not obtained authorization.
3. Using the service to engage in any activity that violates the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law on Guarding State Secrets of the People's Republic of China, the Cryptography Law of the People's Republic of China, the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, and other applicable laws and regulations.
